Here is our current return policy effective January 15, 2024:
Return Timeline:
- Initiation: Start your return within 7 days of delivery.
- Shipping Back: Return items within 7 days of return approval.
Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers bear the return shipping costs.
Return Conditions:
- Include your order number and full name in the return package.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Shoes should be in original, undamaged boxes.
- Please note: We will not accept returns if the shoe box is damaged or not included. Do not write on the box or modify the box in any way. Do not place tape or shipping labels directly onto the shoebox.
Refund Process: Expect refunds within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
